The Joys of Giving.

So I love to spoil my kidos, but I also want them to learn the joys of "giving".
I don't want to spend a bunch more money and have each kid shop for the other kids, and I don't want more Dollar Tree junk toys around the house.  What to do?  What to do?

Well last year we started what I hope becomes a tradition.  Each kid makes homemade gift for their sibblings.  It's kinda hard to think of things they can actually make (with as little help as possible), that the other kids will truly like.

So the first project to be made this year is from Ryker...
Silly boy!

Working hard...

still working...

waiting for the paint to dry...

the practice one is finished.  Yay!  It turned out pretty good.

The practice one is a shirt for Ryker.

Peeling off the freezer paper.

Painting the name on the back.

Walkers' Tractor shirt.

Carters' Cowboy shirt.

Laurells' Volleyball shirt.
This was a fun project, Ryker did a great job and they turned out really cute.  I can't wait till he can give them to the big kids on Christmas!  =)
